Greetings, I am a passionate user experience designer who has an interesting background in illustration, graphic design, and UX web development. I have experience gathering requirements from diverse users, from marketing teams to business owners, and working on both customer and internal facing websites.

I’m currently the Senior UX designer for ShipCars, where I lead a team of 3 UX designers. We design shipping logistics software for desktop, iOS, and Android that help streamline the car shipping industries.

I possess a deep understanding of user research, agile development, semantic markup, typography, grid systems, style guides, wire-frames, and prototyping, in addition to utilizing best practices for user experience improvement in every project I endeavor.

I continue to expand my knowledge with the latest techniques and practices (I am working on my UX Certification with IDF). My ideal work environment would be creative, open, and collaborative. I’ve been pegged as someone who continually strives for excellence and who is truly passionate about his work, and naturally assumes the role of leader quite often. Of course, there is my passion for movies, comic books, CrossFit, and World of Warcraft mixed with my need to be the best, which helps to keep me creating, learning, and searching for the latest in web innovations.
